For more than 30 years, our only goal has been to support you—the Sculptor-Artist—in successfully selling and marketing your Sculptural Art, including Custom Commissions, both public and private. Whether you’re a Sculptor-Artist that shapes in clay, carves in stone, casts in bronze, and/or works in numerous other mediums or any other kind of Sculptural Object Art, we’re here to help you reach buyers, grow your audience, and turn your passion into a sustainable career.

We know that the Terms of Service and Policies you’re about to read can feel long, technical, and sometimes overwhelming. Please know: this level of detail is not meant to confuse or intimidate you—it’s just as complex for us to manage! The reason these documents are so thorough is simple: we operate in a huge global marketplace that includes dozens of countries and regions, each with its own unique laws, rules, and regulations.

To stay compliant and protect both you and our platform, we’ve worked with legal experts to include language that covers:

• International copyright and intellectual property laws
• Consumer protection rules
• Tax and financial reporting requirements (like VAT in Europe or sales tax in the U.S.)
