Some Gave All

\r\nAlways inspired by the song lyrics \"all gave some, but some gave all,\" along with the memories of friends and classmates and their sacrifices, on memorial Day I was moved to create this sculpture as my own humble tribute honoring courageous devotion to the ideal of human liberty.\r\n James N. Muir\r\n\r\n \r\nIn keeping with his deep spiritual convictions and social consciousness, Muir\'s sculptural subjects have expanded to reflect the critical nature of the times in which we live. Yet, whether historical or contemporary, \"the golden thread that ties it all together is still my never-ending quest for the essence of life- for Truth in its purest form.\"\r\n
